Somehow, I just am able to listen better in classes when I draw. (It looks like a picture portrait. LOL) This is what came out of my head while sitting in a diabetes class for my husband. Aaaannnd carrots are a "free" food, and Skinny Cow makes fudgesicles that are okay, too!
