Moonlight Sonata



Years ago I found an accomplished Russian woman giving piano lessons. I told her when I first got there (with no piano experience at all) that all I wanted to learn was Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata". She was pretty mad at me, but she taught me to play my favorite piano piece. :)

This is my Favorite, too. I also learned this classic on piano and it plays on in the recess of my heart. What a surprise to find this, today, and know we share it. Loved the YouTube experience.

Haha! I might be frustrated too if someone had no experience and just asked right away to play the Moonlight Sonata, but it is beautiful!
